They have also coordinated all of the legal work on our behalf so that suing non-paying clients and following up on judgments has been effortless. We've tried 3 other collection agencies, including our own in-house team on one particularly difficult client over the past 4 years. We turned it over to NobleCollect and the first thing they did was actually travel to the debtor's actual business to let them know that we weren't messing around any more. When the debtor again refused to pay, NobleCollect not only helped us to file a lawsuit against them, but after a bank garnishment failed, they used their forensic investigation techniques to find their assets and forced them to pay us.
